The Canadian Rockies in Alberta, Canada are simply spectacular. Such beautiful and remote areas of large expanse are difficult to fully absorb in one trip or probably even many trips. It can become difficult to determine if you should spend your time capturing the breathtaking view in front of you or the one behind you. If you enjoy fresh air, seemingly endless mountains, and hiking in beautiful settings, the Canadian Rockies are a must visit. Even if you aren't into hiking, a drive along the Icefields Parkway between Banff and Jasper will put innumerable amazing shots within your reach simply at the roadside. After seeing pictures from my trip, I've had many friends and colleagues decide to visit. None of them were disappointed.
