Hawaii 2019
Golden sun, humid heat, salty sea breezes and crashing waves bring to life the islands of Hawai’i. During my first visit, I explored the islands of Oahu and Kaua’i, and they did not disappoint. While distinctly different in topography and personality, both islands are rich with beautiful scenery, expansive beaches and volcanic mountains. From the urban energy and nightlife of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki to the solemn gravity of Pearl Harbor to the relaxed surf culture of the North Shore, Oahu is a multifaceted gem. But Kaua’i…wow! Pastoral, lush, vibrant green hues, breathtaking mountains, deep canyons, dramatic waterfalls and spectacular coastlines. Photographic opportunities abound at each turn! Enjoy and mahalo!
