Hawaii 2023
Work brought me back to the islands again; this time a short return visit to Oahu before a longer visit to Maui. Outside the hectic, and frankly touristy Honolulu, the island of Oahu is rich with geological beauty. Beautiful, lush, mountainous ridges to soft idyllic beaches meeting brilliant blue water are always a photographer’s delight.
Maui has a decidedly posh and affluent feel with numerous manicured resorts. Natural beauty did not pass over this island either with a diverse array of multi-colored beaches, volcanic peaks, harrowing cliffside drives, snorkeling and outdoor pursuits. All are capable of matching the readily available high-end dining and luxurious pampering…for those who can afford it. Enjoy!
